The Baptist Standard Bearer, Incorporated:

society organized in 1984 and incorporated in 1985 according to the State Laws
of Arkansas and Texas and the Federal guidelines of the United States Internal Revenue
Service. It is officially recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt
charitable organization.

is solely under the control of its incorporated officers and board of
advisors. It is neither affiliated with, nor financially supported by any association,
convention or particular denomination.

is financed by individual donations, foundational
grants, bequeathed inheritances, annual society membership dues,
but mainly from the sale of its own publications.

is aware of its financial accountability and
uses regular professional accounting
procedures and has a yearly financial report prepared by a certified CPA from an
outside source. A copy of this report and our budget can be requested by those who
financially support this work on a regular basis.

is located on the edge of the Ozark National
Forest adjacent to Mount Magazine, the highest mountain in the central United States,
and just outside the small rural community of Paris, Arkansas.
